On the annual meeting of the German Society of Cardiology (DGK), Kaiseng Quach, medical doctoral student of the SFB/TRR219, was awarded the 2nd Otto Hess Award. Mr. Quach's doctoral thesis deals with the cardioprotective effect of an angiotensin II receptor agonist on myocardial infarction. All SFB/TRR 219 members congratulate Kai on this great achievement.
